With more than 20 years experience in claims investigation and analysis in the healthcare industry, Cheryl Canaday has represented health carriers, HMOs, union trust funds and direct medical providers at the Workers Compensation Appeals Boards for ten years. She has studied California law at the University of California, and she participates in Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) programs.

She is a board member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), chairperson of the news and publicity commitee and editor of the "Over the Edge Brief" Healthcare Newsletter. She is a member of Healthcare Executives and American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM). She has served as president of Northern California Group Claims Association.

Cheryl Canaday oversees all of Recovery Resources technical activities, including approval of all negotiated settlements prior to seeking client authority.

The Marketing Team:
Recovery Resources' assigns a marketing representative to each client to assure personal service and effective, ongoing communication. The representative meets with the client as frequently as the client requires to identify eligible claims and handle every aspect of referrals. All matters pertaining to Recovery Resources can be channeled through this representative for prompt resolution.

The Recovery Team:
An experienced team of skilled and aggresive adjusters negotiates recoveries to conclusion, assisted by staff legal counsel as required. The client's authority to settle cases is conscientiously observed.

The Legal Team:
